A: Basic insurance is included for most tours.However, we recommend purchasing personal travel insurance for extra coverage during your trip.
Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
A: Yes, Most tours can be canceled or rescheduled at least 2448 hours before departure. Please check the cancellation policy for each tour when booking.
Q: What happens if the weather is bad and the tour or transfer is canceled?
A: We offer a free reschedule to another available date and if rescheduling isnt possible or convenient we provide a full refund.
Q: How will I receive my tickets?
