How to booking this tour 

BOOKINGS should be made at least 1 - 3 days prior tour date, until 20:00 PM (Office Hrs), in order to guarantee seats confirmation availability in time.

Only full paid bookings will receive a confirmation back with a ticket voucher to your email or what app.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the departure date A cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount will be applied.
2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the departure date, or in case of no-show A cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be applied. No refund will be issued.
3. Cancellations due to weather conditions,Please note that we cannot guarantee weather conditions in advance. We will closely monitor weather updates from the Meteorological and Marine Departments.

If an official announcement is issued prohibiting boat operations due to severe weather conditions, a full refund will be provided.

However, in the event of normal rainfall without any official restrictions, the trip will proceed as scheduled and no refund will be issued.
