How to booking this tour
BOOKINGS should be made at least 1 - 3 days prior tour date, until 20:00 PM (Office Hrs), in order to guarantee seats confirmation availability in time.
Only full paid bookings will receive a confirmation back with a ticket voucher to your email or what app.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the departure date A cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount will be applied.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the departure date, or in case of no-show A cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be applied. No refund will be issued.

If an official announcement is issued prohibiting boat operations due to severe weather conditions, a full refund will be provided.
However, in the event of normal rainfall without any official restrictions, the trip will proceed as scheduled and no refund will be issued.
