Cancellation Policy for JETSKI 

Cancellation before the trip, at least 1 day in advance (before 4:00 PM), will not incur any fees.

Cancellation before the trip, at least 1 day in advance (after 4:00 PM), will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price.

Cancellation on the day of the trip or no-show will charge 100% from full amount

Cancellation due to bad weather

We cannot guarantee the weather in advance. We will check with the meteorological and marine department. If there is an announcement not to take the boat out to the sea because of the bad weather condition and the boat company can not operate the trip, full refund will be issued. However, if it is just raining and do not have an announcement not to take the boat out, we will not issue any refund.
