• Valid for one-time use on the specified date, time, and for the number of attendees indicated on the ticket.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation : Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Marine Departments.
• Ticket can be postponed ONE time without charge and customers must inform us at least 24 hours prior to the service date mentioned in the voucher.
  
• In case of unforeseen circumstances or bad weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. In such case, customers can either reschedule or request a full refund.
